In a course, a competency is assigned for completion of a task or activity. This should be automatically acquired with the activity completion of the task and assigned in the competence overview. In the task settings, the value "complete the competency" is selected in the rubric. 

Despite these settings, the competence is not automatically awarded, even though the participant has completed both the activity and the course.

What can be the problem here?
