The new windows dev full installer pack. When I download the dev version use this link the complete windows package and install it, an error poped up showing I don't have sodium package.

In previous versions I can successfully download the full package and install without a problem. I guess this is a new problem for this package

I tried to remove the comment mark on php.ini, but it didn't working.
