A very minor bug spotted.

If you try to turn on or off shuffle settings on a quiz that has no questions added, you will receive an error 

"Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: The 'firstslotid' value must be set in other."

It's fairly obvious why this has happened, and it's easily worked around by adding your questions first, but it did alarm a user. Behaviour should probably be a more useful message or simply to allow the shufle settings to be changed prior to questions being added.
