mod_feedback with multichoice question fails to export to Excel if no submitted response

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create a user
      3. Create a course
      4. Enrol user as student on course
      5. Create a feedback activity in course
      6. Press Edit questions
      7. Add one of each of the following field types:
        • Multiple choice
        • Multiple choice (rated)
      8. Navigate to Analysis
      9. Press Export to Excel
      10. Confirm Excel file is created without response data
      11. Log out
      12. Log in as test user
      13. Navigate to the course feedback activity
      14. Press Answer the questions and fill in the activity
      15. Log out
      16. Log back in as admin
      17. Navigate to the course feedback activity
      18. Navigate to Analysis
      19. Press Export to Excel
      20. Confirm Excel file is created with response data

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a feedback activity
      2. Add a multichoice question
      3. Without submitting any feedback, go to the analisys tab and click export to excel

      This will produce the following error:
