3. Go to the course created
4. Go to the forum created.
5. Open the 'More' dropdown.
6. Click on "Logs" option and confirm you enter on logs page of forum created

We have upgraded to Moodle 4.1.1 and realised that upon accessing a module on Moodle, e.g. the Assignment activity or Quiz activity, it does not show the Reports option within the activity itself.

In previous Moodle versions, e.g. Moodle 3.9, we could view the Logs option from within the Actions menu available for a particular module.

Could this be re-implemented, please?
