As noticed on https://school.moodledemo.net/admin/roles/override.php?contextid=1037&roleid=5 (log in as the demo teacher).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an activity and add a description, activity completion conditions and open or close dates.
2. In the activity navigation under More, go to Permissions.
3. Choose a role e.g. student to override.

Expected result:

The Permissions dropdown is displayed above the page title, as on the permissions page.

Actual result:

The activity description, activity completion conditions and open or close dates are displayed above the page title.
