Manual test - Look&Feel
- As admin go to Site administration > Reports > Event Monitoring rules
- Confirm there is an "Event monitoring rules" H2 title.
- Create a course with at least one activity with 'Enable completion tracking' setting set to Yes.
- Go to Course > Reports
- Click on each of the Report listed and:
- Confirm the name of the Report is not part of a standard select input option.
- Confirm the name of the Report is in bold and has a chevron in the right side (similar to the image)
- Confirm you click on the name of the report and a list with all the reports is expanded.
- Confirm the current report name is marked as selected in the list.
- Confirm clicking in any of the report names listed you navigate to the selected report.

The MDL-75153 issue introduces a specific title dropdown selector for the tertiary navigation. However, most of the current tertiary navigation still uses a standard action menu as the main navigation element. While no massive refactor is done, some of the most used pages can benefit from migrating to the new component.
One of the easiest to migrate is the course report selector, which is detected as an important pain point for some teachers.
