The current move modals for activities and sections do not match the new prototype UX.

The current modals:

• A single click on the new location name moves the section/activity. 
• To expand a section, the user must click the chevron, not the section name (clicking the name will move the activity to the top of the section)

However, in the new prototype:

• A single click on the new location simply mark the location as selected
• The user must click the "move" button to move the element to the selected location
• The "move" button is disabled until one location is selected
• The modal also has a "cancel" button to close the modal
• Click on a section name when moving an activity not only select the section, it also opens or closes the same way as the chevron.
