TinyMCE 6 does not use translated strings

      Testing

      1. Go to Site admin -> Plugins -> Text editors -> Manage editors
      2. Enable TinyMCE editor and make it the top-most in the order
      3. Go to Site admin -> General -> Language -> Language packs
      4. Install German (kids) / Deutsch (kids) (de_kids)
      5. If you receive a message saying 'The following language packs will be installed soon...' , run cron to get them installed. 
      6. Go to any page that features a text editor (e.g. Edit profile)
      7. Using the User icon dropdown, change the language to Deutsch (kids) (de_kids)
      8. Reload the page
      9. CONFIRM you see all the language strings in the Tiny editor are now in German

      The TinyMCE 6 editor should get the default editor in Moodle 4.2. The number of tiny strings is more than 600. Every language pack with 100% must have all tiny string translated (or most of them). Please look on https://lang.moodle.org/ to see how many language packs have 100%.

      Currently the TinyMCE does not use the translated strings from some international language packs.
