We have problem with a User-Tour created. The Tour should start when users are entering their user setting (/user/edit.php%).

When they manually navigate to their settings (Edit profile) the user tour launches as expected.

But

When we activate mandatory user fields and they are automatically linked to their settings (because they are forced to fill out those fields) after login the tour does not launch.

It works on moodle 3.10.11 but not on Moodle 3.11.6 (please note I cannot select 3.11.6 as 'affected version')
