When I configure a  Custom menu item on  Appearance->Theme settings.

Programs|/course/index.php?categoryid=3

After the nav-item is visible and seems ok.

The data-key auto generated is empty . When I click on the nav-item, the active tab is set at the first one and not in the correct position.

Can't set the tab like this:  $PAGE->set_primary_active_tab($datakey);
