We have a client that's having issues with Kaltura video quiz. The client upgraded to Moodle 4.0.2+ and from LTI 1.1 to LTI 1.3.

Reproduce steps:
The user logs into Moodle > clicks on a course > edit > adds resource > Kaltura Video Quiz > Click "Select Content" button > Embed a Quiz entry > Error encountered.

Some extra details:

• Customer upgraded their Moodle from LTI 1.1 to LTI 1.3. Configuration from moodle's side and Kaltura's side is done properly.

• Customer is able to create Quiz and embed it using other Kaltura resources such as assignment.

• Customer tested the two alternatives for the "Public key type": Keyset URL / RSA key- same error with both.

After viewing the supplied har file from customer it can be seen that the error is happening over at Moodle's end.
