Following prototype, we should add a new modal dialogue when importing a preset that needs to perform some changes on the database fields.

• The workflow should the same applied on MDL-75492 but from Import preset options on Presets page and zero states (on Database and Templates)

The mapping workflow for use preset been already changed on MDL-75492.
