Calendar activity icon uses 'icon' pix instead of 'monologo' pix

      Setup
      1. Enable Themedesigner mode
      2. Tail your PHP error log. e.g. 

        tail -f /var/log/path/to/php/error.log

      Test
      1. Create a course and enrol yourself as teacher
      2. Create a assignment and keep the due date in mind
      3. Navigate to your dashboard
      4. Make sure that the dashboard contains the calendar block in month view, and that the assignment due event is visible
      5. Verify that there is no error notice in the error log

      calendar/templates/event_icon.mustache uses the 'icon' pix instead of 'monologo' pix.

      To see the error with boost or classic theme, one has to look inside the php's error_log file and either purge the caches, or turn on themedesigner mode:

      NOTICE: PHP message: Debugging: The 'icon' image for activity modules has been replaced with a new 'monologo'. Please update your calling code to fetch the new icon where possible. Called for component mod_assign.
