Go to Site administration → Reports → Custom reports Create a new report based on the Users report source On the report editor page you should see an additional edit pencil icon under each column name, this is the help text edit button Click on the help text edit button for the Full name column It will change into a input field, type any text into this field and hit enter The field should be saved and now displayed under the column name Click on the Preview button There should be a help icon next to the Full name column name Click on the help icon and you will be presented with a popover containing the text you inputted on the report editor page
