Summary:

Based on the figma prototype the aim of this issue is to move the existing name filtering option into a new custom filter within the tertiary navigation area in the Grader report. This change will improve the usability, de-clutter the page  and create consistency when it comes to presenting the filter options within the report.

Scope:

1. Implement first/last name filtering utilizing the new filter output component (MDL-76134)
2. Place the name filter within the tertiary navigation area.
3. Implement reasonable automated testing.
