Alllow PDF submission in append mode

      Create an assignment activity with file submission as teacher
      Upload the pdf file attached as student submission
      Login as teacher and start grading for the submission. The handwritten entries of the student on the pdf are invisible.

      Teacher often allow students to write annotation to PDF files with e-pencil on tablets and to submit them in an assignment. The PDF file is written in Append mode.
      If the teacher opens the submission in assignment activity the students layer is not visible.

      I assume that its a problem with the append mode of the PDFfile. See attachment.
      Is it possible to allow this PDF file type?
