Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Content bank to create H5P content or download one sample file from h5p.org.
2. Create a Page and using the H5P button, select the content previously created (or upload the file downloaded from h5p.org).
   • Select the "Allow download" in the "H5P options" section.
3. Save the changes.
4. Download the export content using the "Reuse" button that appears in the bottom of the H5P content.
5. Use the "Edit H5P content" below the content to modify the content of the H5P package.
6. Save changes.
7. Check the changes are displayed properly in the content.
8. Download the export content using the "Reuse" button that appears in the bottom of the H5P content.

Expected

The newly exported file contains the changes done previously (they can be found in the content/content.json file).

Current

The newly exported file doesn't contain the changes done previously (is exactly the same as the first file downloaded).
