Story Points:

We should be able to teach Behat to have a discussion with Mailhog and clear/fetch mails from it.

We will have to:

allow mails to be sent when behat is running
have a flag set to indicate that Mailhog (or another solution) is running
have an API to fetch mails from Mailhog
wipe all mails between tests
have some steps to verify the fetched mails
