I would like a group email address, rather than a verified single account inbox, to receive feedback notifications. I am also looking for only written feedback to send us a notification- 

The first question is required, whereas the second, short answer question is not. We are hoping to only be notified if the second, not required, short answer question is filled out. Is that possible?
