The Bootstrap section of the tool_componentlibrary will need to be updated to contain the new utility class / component documentation after the Bootstrap 5.2 upgrade

Some of the HUGO documentation library might need to be updated too, to allow compiling the boostrap markdown files found in bootstrap-5.2.0/site/content/docs/5.2/
New layout partials and datafiles (yml) might be required .
