While working on MDL-75276 to update the default templates for the database activity, I've seen we should also improve the visualizations of the fields.

This issue is to follow the Figma prototype to change, for instance:

• Text input should be as wide as the page (but the number input should keep being shorter). 
• The date fields should have more space between the different lists. If possible, the calendar should be added (although this will be only possible if the date field is moved to mform).
• Latitude and Longitude should be displayed in the same line.
• The checkbox and multi-select, should be displayed as lists in the List/Single views.

Before working on this, it would be good to check the status of MDL-70384. It would also be great if these fields should be moved to forms (as suggested by the iTeam).
