We implemented some user tours in Moodle to explain quite a few functions in moodle.  Normally if  you for example select the footer but you can't see it on your display at first cause the page is scrollable the tour automatically scolls down to show the element where the tour is pointing on. We were now trying to explain some functions in the navigation menu on the left side. We expected the same behaviour if you select an element in the navbar for which you'd have to scroll. It displays the modal but you only see the element its pointing on when you manually scroll down.
