When creating new data-registry "purposes", it is required to select a "Lawful bases".  However, only GDPR options are available.  In Ontario, Canada, where I live, we have our own set of laws regarding data retention, and I'd like to be able to add my local laws to the list of "Lawful bases" to use.  Currently the only options are hard-coded in admin/tool/dataprivacy/classes/purpose.php.
