When course summary support files other than images, the file icon in the information box is not aligned with the filename. The screenshot demonstrates the issue:

To be able to replicate, one needs to set courseoverviewfileslimit to more than 1 file and change courseoverviewfilesext to support not only images. Then in the course settings, add pdf (for example) at "Course image" file manager field.

Notice, that the same style classes are used in mod_folder, so making style changes will affect layout there too (icon is not aligned there also):
