As a teacher, H5P content they create in one Moodle course content bank should be available in all of their courses. Should not have to reload/copy/import the H5P content into each course where they want to add the activity.

Click on the content bank in course 1.

Create an H5P activity and save.

Open course 2 and click on the content bank.

H5P activity created in course 1 needs to be accessible/usable in course 2. Instead, the content bank in course 2 is empty.
