We currently use Enrolment on payment and it works great when individuals purchase a course directly.

We also often have instances where a training coordinator person will be responsible for signing others up for one of our courses, including handling payment. If there was a way for someone to add functionality for someone to "give" their enrollment to someone else or simultaneously enroll the other person at the time of purchase, that'd be great.
