Assignment - "submitted for grading" but no file

      Hi All,

      A quick follow up to this discussion that was closed years back, but I have the same issue and no solution https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=213514.

      I have two students graded based on Annotade PDF (I have the annotated file in PDF generated, meaning the file needed to exist!), but if I check "View All Submissions", I see no submitted files.

       

      I checked the logs and saw nothing that the submission file would be deleted.
