It is akward that when there's a break (due to nested long course category names) between the category chooser and the search input, a lateral space exists at the end of the line.

Steps to reproduce:
As manager,

1. In Miscellaneous, add a sub course category ('Add new subcategory') called "Long long course category name".
2. In that category, add another sub course category ('Add new subcategory') called "Long long course category name".
3. In that category, add another sub course category ('Add new subcategory') called "Long long course category name".
4. In that category, add another sub course category ('Add new subcategory') called "Long long course category name".

WHAT YOU EXPECT: the course category pull down does align right hand side with the other elements on the page.
WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS: the course category pull down does have a right hand side margin.

The right hand side margin for the course category pull down element just makes sense if the course category pull down element and the search courses element are in the same line and do not break.
