If you create a copy of the test (with the duplicate command) and make changes to the question text (in the duplicated version of the test), the changes will affect the original version of the test. Of course, this should not be the case. Thus, I lost one of my tests and had to re-create the test.

I noticed this bug in version 3.11.6+ (Build: 20220401).

After upgrading to version 4.0 I checked and found that the error is still there.
