BBB can be configured to show recordings from deleted activities in a Recordings Only instance. When you click the link to play the recording the

view_error_url_missing_parameters

 error is thrown.

Deleted activity recordings should be shown by enabling the 'Import recordings from deleted activities enabled' option. The 'Include recordings from deleted activities' feature in config settings should be removed.

To replicate:

• Log in as admin
• Enable Include recordings from deleted activities feature in config settings
• Create a Course with two BBB activities 
  • A BBB 'Room with Recordings' instance B1
  • A BBB 'Recordings Only' instance B2
• In B1 join a session and record it
• Check the recording appears and plays in both B1 and B2
• Delete B1
• When you attempt to play the recording in B2, the error is thrown
