Activity completion sign should signal upcoming due date and "Overdue"

    • MOODLE_311_STABLE, MOODLE_401_STABLE

      1. When a due date is approaching, the "To do" sign should change color to enhance signal (yellow?)
      2. When an activity due date is passed, the "To do: ---" sign should say "Overdue: ---" and have yet another color (red?)
