When I login as a Site Administrator, I can use the Site Administration search field to search through the available settings.

However, when I login using a user assigned as a Site Manager, there is no search field for Site Administration.

Seeing as the page is called "Search" (as seen in the breadcrumb of the Classic theme), I expect there to be a way to search if you are a Site Manager.

It would be very helpful and convenient for new Site Managers to help them find their way around.
