When a user deleted a file or image in atto editor the file or image is still stored in the background. A user can use the managefile-icon to see all files and images that are stored. The dialog shows also the orphaned files.

We will add a attoplugin that shows the orphaned files during editing to get a better indication when orphaned files occurs.
