There is no link to past chat session in theme boost for the student role

      1. Login as Admin using the Boost theme.
      2. Create a Course
      3. Enrol a student in the course
      4. Create a Chat activity in the course
        1. Make sure that 'Everyone can view past session' is set to 'No' (default setting)
      5. Log in as a student and go to the chat activity in the course.
        1. confirm that you do NOT see a secondary navigation menu
      6. Enter the chat and send couple of messages
      7. Exit the chat and refresh the chat activity view page.
        1. confirm that now you can see a secondary navigation menu with the following items: Chat and Past sessions
      8. Click on Past sessions secondary navigation item.
        1. confirm you are taken to the Chat sessions page.

    • QA time

      A course containing a chat activity with at least one saved chat session which everyone can view and for which the role of student has permission to read chat sessions. 

      Verify that student as readlog access (mod/chat:readlog)

      Access the course as student in the theme classic and verify the past sessions link

      Access the course as student in the theme boost and verify that there is no link to past sessions
