Log in as admin Create a new course Ensure you are enrolled as a teacher on the course Navigate to Participants From Tertiary navigation, select Enrolment methods Enable Guest access Log out Press Log in Press Log in as a guest Press Home Under Available courses , click the teacher of your test course Confirm that you see the message "Guests cannot access user profiles..." and the Home secondary navigation is not present Manually amend the URL to: <WWWROOT>/user/view.php?id=<USERID>&course=<COURSEID> <USERID> equals the value as per previous URL <COURSEID> equals the ID of the course you created Confirm that you see the message "Guests cannot access user profiles..." and the Home secondary navigation is not present
