If the name of an activity module instance is long, grades drop-down menu overlaps the name of the activity module instance in single view.

"Items per page" is too close to "Select grade item..." drop-down menu. There is no vertical space between these drop-down menus. It gets more obvious when you have an activity item with a long name in the course.
