Expand course section icons are not rendered properly in RTL

      Setup

      1. Have a course in topics format with some activities.
      2. Have at least one LTR and one RTL language pack installed (eg English and Hebrew).
      3. Set your site's theme to Boost.
      4. Clear site caches.

      Test LTR

      1. Set LTR language (English for example)
      2. Access the course
        1. Check the content collapsed section chevrons point to the right
      3. Edit section 1
      4. In the Atto editor click on the Media button (the one between the add image and the microphone). Then go to the "video" tab
        1. Check the video collapsible icons points to the right.
      5. Close de button and open the H5P button
        • Check the options collapsible icon points to the right.

      Test RTL

      1. Set RTL language (Hebrew for example)
      2. Access the course
        1. Check the content collapsed section chevrons point to the left
      3. Edit section 1
      4. In the Atto editor click on the Media button (the one between the add image and the microphone). Then go to the "video" tab
        1. Check the video collapsible icons points to the left.
      5. Close de button and open the H5P button
        1. Check the options collapsible icon points to the left.

      In LTR, expand icons are rendered as ">". In RTL, they're also rendered the same (">") instead of "<".
