User preferences page breadcrumbs changes based on 'defaulthomepage' setting

      1. Login as admin
      2. Go to Site administration > Appearance > Navigation
      3. For 'Start page for users' (defaulthomepage) select 'Site' and save changes.
      4. In the User dropdown menu, click on 'Preferences'
      5. In the Preferences page
        1. confirm that there are no breadcrumbs on this page.
      6. Repeat steps 2-5 by selecting the other available options for 'Start page for users' (defaulthomepage):
        1. Dashboard
        2. My courses
        3. User preference
      7. each time confirm that there are no breadcrumbs on the Preferences page

      It might be good to be consistent with User preferences breadcrumbs. Current behavior described below.

      • 'defaulthomepage' setting = 'Site' -> User preferences breadcrumb is 'Dashboard > Preferences', and highlighted primary navigation element is 'Home' (not Dashboard)
      • 'defaulthomepage' setting = 'Dashboard' or 'User preference' -> There is no breadcrumb on User preferences and highlighted primary navigation element is 'Home' (not Dashboard)
      • 'defaulthomepage' setting = 'My courses' -> User preferences breadcrumb is 'My courses > Preferences', and highlighted primary navigation element is 'Home' (not My courses)
