Users of the chat cannot see that the chat is logged and that the teacher can view these logs afterwards. This can be a potential privacy concern.

The following improvements are implemented in the added patch of this issue: 

1. default storage period of chat-protocol should be configurable in plugin settings in site administration
2. default "Everyone can view past sessions" should be configurable in plugin settings in site administration
3. it should be possible to make "never delete message" not selectable so that the maximum storage period of protocols is 365 days
4. show information to chat-users that chat-protocols are stored and visible to teacher (and students)
