Overview

Allow for improved sharing of academic standards using Moodle Competencies through the IMS Global CASE network (http://www.imsglobal.org/activity/case). For institutions already using Competencies for academic standards, this would allow far easier adoption of updates to those standards.

Allow teachers / admins to review which CASE framework is used for Moodle Competencies

User Stories

User stories should be specific to each requirement and provide a clear view of what you want the improvement/new feature to accomplish.

1. As an administrator I want to be able select from a listing of academic standards housed within the CASE Network.
2. As A teacher I want to be able select Moodle Competencies that are in frameworks from CASE integrated academic standards.
