Action menus get hidden in reports

      Setup

      1. Navigate to Reports > Report builder > Custom reports in site administration
      2. Press New report button
      3. Set any report name.
      4. Set Report source to "Users"
      5. Ensure "Include default setup" is checked
      6. Press Save
      7. Press Close in the top right corner to return to the report list

      Check action-menu

      1. Click on the action-menu dropdown for the created report
      2. Confirm that the dropdown with the report actions is shown correctly

      In MDL-72061 action links were replaced with an action-menu dropdown. When the reports are not big enough action menu shows incorrectly creating vertical scroll inside the report table.

      This is mainly happening because:

      • Report has a wrapper div with class no-overflow
      • #region-main has  overflow-x: auto;

      The second problem was already solved in reportbuilder, but only being applied to reports with filters.
