A user in a quiz has 6,71 of 9 points which is 74,5%. In the admin area I can see that Moodle says 74,5%, but the user sees 75% (which is necessary to complete the quiz), but it's marked as failed.
It seems that this is a known issue in Moodle (see https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=422168). We can use the fix provided in this thread, but we don't like these "core-hacks". So it's better to have an option to show the user also 74,5% or to be able to configure rounding up/down.
