To replicate:

1. Create a topic in a course (as an editing teacher)
2. Add an availability restriction which makes the topic available after some date in the future (please use this method, it's important that we don't deviate as some availability methods result in no lock in the UI)
3. Now, hide the topic.
4. Expected: The lock icon next to the section name disappears too, since the hidden state is taking priority right now.
   Actual: The lock remains in the DOM. A page reload will restore the correct view.
