Hiding a topic with availability restrictions results in grey box in the DOM

      Setup scenario:

      1. Create a topics formats course with at least 3 topics.
      2. Add some description to Topic 1
      3. Add some access restrictions to Topic 2
      4. Add some description and some access restrictions to Topic 3
      5. Check:
        1. Topic 1 has the description with transparent background
        2. Topic 2 has the restrictions with gray background
        3. Topic 3 has both description and availability with gray background
      6. Enable edit mode

      Testing

      1. Hide topic 1
        1. Check the hidden from students pill appears
      2. Show topic 1
        1. Check the hidden from students pill disappears
      3. Hide topic 2
        1. Check the hidden from students pill appears
        2. Check the availability gray box disappears
      4. Show topic 2
        1. Check the hidden from students pill disappears
        2. Check the availability gray box appears
      5. Hide topic 3
        1. Check the hidden from students pill appears
        2. Check the availability disappears
        3. Check the description now has a transparent background
      6. Show topic 3
        1. Check the hidden from students pill disappears
        2. Check the availability gray box appears
        3. Check the description now has a gray background again

      To replicate:

      1. Create a topic in a course
      2. Add an availability restriction on the topic, e.g. Available after some date in the future
      3. Now, hide the topic.
      4. Expected: The availability information area disappears
        Actual: The availability information area appears to be left behind in an empty state instead. Reloading the page will restore the correct view.
