Random goutte failure in "Highlight first week" scenario

      It has started recently (February 7th, 2022 being the first annotated case:

              "This week" text was not found in the "#section-1" element (Behat\Mink\Exception\ExpectationException)

      We have registered random failures with postgres, oracle (majority) and sqlsrv. And it's happening often, it reached the 10 cases annotated in less than a week (today).

      In fact, it's happening a lot because some ToBiC runs (that always make 3 reruns of failed scenarios) have ended failing too.
