Login as admin Create or use a course with course format topic Go to the course page and edit a topic Add some text in the summary field of the topic settings page Save changes and return to the course Verify the spacing between the topic heading and topic description looks like approximately 12 px. (you can't use the browser inspector for this) You could use, Measure-it  addon for firefox or for Chrome to test the issue.
