Update the footer in the mobile view.

      Test the footer on small devices

      1. Login to Moodle
      2. Change the browser size to small ( < 576px)
      3. Verify the background colour for the footer is white

      Test the secure quiz page footer

      1. Create a new course with a new quiz
      2. Add a question to the quiz
      3. In the quiz settings page in Section 'Extra restrictions on attempts' select 'Full screen popup'
      4. Save changes
      5. Change the browser size to small ( < 576px)
      6. Verify you do not see a dark bar at the end of the page

      Test the debugging / performance info in the footer

      1. Navigate to Site Administration > Development > Debugging
      2. check the checkbox for 'Display debug messages'
      3. check the checkbox for 'Performance info'
      4. Save changes
      5. Scroll down the page
      6. Verify you see all the debugging info against a dark background, links should be white and underlined

      Test download content footer

      1. Go to "Site administration > Courses > Download course content"
      2. Enable "Download course content feature available" and Save changes.
      3. Access to the course and "Download course content".
      4. Unzip the file and open the index.html file you'll find in the root.
      5. Verify you do not see a dark bar at the end of the page (where the "This file is part of the content downloaded from..." text is displayed).

      We agreed that the footer should always be displayed on small screens. However, I think we could improve its current design a little bit. (There are no prototypes for the footer on small screens – my bad 😥)

      • Transparent background
      • Dark text
      • Same padding as the rest of the page content (see MDL-73792)
      • “Powered by Moodle” string aligned with the rest of the text (to the left)
