Reported in the review of MDL-69542. When launching the Moodle tool over LTI advantage for the first time, the tool will ask the user to choose an account provisioning preference. The options presented to the user are controlled by the account provisioning settings on the published resource (Published as LTI tools in the course). If the provisioning mode is set to "Existing accounts only (prompt)", there is only one option presented to users (they must link an existing account), but the wording still reads as "Please select from one of the following account options".

This issue is scoped with reviewing and improving the wording on this page, under the above circumstances. It should:

• decide what to display when there are several options to choose from (e.g. the user can link an existing account or have a new account created for them automatically)
• decide what to display when there is only one option (right now, that happens when the mode is set to "existing account only (prompt)", but there may be other modes that provide only one option in future too)
