Duplicate border-radius in activity-add / block-add classes

      In '/theme/boost/scss/moodle/course.scss', the 'border-radius' is duplicated and the SCSS variable '$enable-rounded' is ignored, thus if changed to 'false' by a theme or SCSS pre setting value, then the user would not get the style they intend:
